RV SITES-
- 87 RV sites, all with cable television
- Waterfront, shaded and large pull-through sites
- All sites with 30 and 50 AMP service
- Daily, weekly, and monthly rates
- Fire rings and firewood
- Individual Telephone hook-ups
CABINS-
- Full-service cabins include television, all bed and bathroom linens, full and partial kitchens including refrigerator, stove, microwaves, coffee pots, toasters, etc.
- Sleeper cabins have a full bed and two bunk beds. The cabins are nestled under tall cottonwood trees and are on or near the river.

RESERVATION POLICY
SEASONAL CUSTOMERS... deposit based on first month rental
- One night reservations require payment in full at time of reservation.
- Two nights + reservations: 50% of rental due at time of reservation, mailed checks... due within 10 days of reservation. 50% BAL due within 30 days of stay.
ALL DAILY & WEEKLY NON-HOLIDAY, NON-SPECIFIC SITE RESERVATIONS ARE CANCELLABLE PRIOR TO 30 DAYS OF STAY WITH A 15% ADMIN. CHARGE BEING APPLIED AGAINST REFUND.
SPECIFIC SITE, HOLIDAY***, AND MONTH RESERVATIONS—ARE NON-CANCELLABLE FROM DATE OF RESERVATIONS. MONTH SITES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR 1 MONTH.
NON REFUNDABLE CANCELLATIONS WILL RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR OFF SEASON (April 15 - June 1st, & September 20th - November 20th, valid for 1 year).

Dogs: $100.00 deposit, $10.00 per day

TENT PRICES: 2 tent max, 6 person max per site
2 vehicles per site/cabin (Truck + 5th = 1, cars, boats, ATV etc. = 1)
Add. vehicles must be parked in storage and charged accordingly.
